Wanting to get my vyrso books to this nook app. How can I do that?

I am not an android user... I assume you mean the logos app for android, right? I don't think there is a "nook" app...
As long as you have entered your credentials correctly, Vyrso resources should appear alongside your logos ones.
Are you using a nook? Or do you want to read the Vyrso books in the Nook app?
If you are you using a android nook, then there should be a Vyrso Appp. If you are you using a simple nook, then I don't think that's possible and you are not able to read Vyrso books in a Nook app.

I have the logos app downloaded. things are better with time and playing around. big thing just to ask is sort library on app.....

Yes. Some books are not licenced for mobile apps.
Actually... It is probably more than that since there are "free" resources which are included with the mobile app which you probably don't actually own a license for. For example: do a library search for type:bible and you are likely to find a number of non-english language bibles which you don't own. There are about 80 resources which come with the mobile app... some of which you will personally own. A safe bet is that there are at least 30 you don't, bringing your non-mobile enabled resources to about 60. Just a guess.
FWIW - Logos has the philosophy that you should be able to view your resources anytime, anywhere... but the publishers must agree to it first.
