Flashing cursor while reading along with ESV audio Bible

Is there any way to disable the visible cursor that tracks the current verse while listening to the audio ESV Bible? It appears as a flashing circle, and it's distracting when you are reading along with the text. If it were a smaller circle, it wouldn't be so annoying.
