hi, i just received the noah webster 1828 dictionary for libronix. how do we install it into logos 4?

Did you check your account on the website? If purchased from Logos you should have an automatic download. if not you may need to tell Logos4 where the file is and have it intergrte into the software.
If it is a libronix file you have to install it on Libronix. then logos 4 will see it and should upgrade the files to use in logos 4. Or else I think you will have to call customer support.. which probably will not be in til monday..

Hi Johnny. Assuming it is now unlocked in L3, make sure you've synchronized your licences under L3 (Tools\Library Management\Synchronize Licenses), then restart L4 and it should find it in L4. If not, you can type Update Resources in the command line of L4. There's one other thing if that doesn't work.

If you're buying items on the Logos website, you'll notice that most tell you to choose the download option if you're using L4. The CDs require the L3 format. That doesn't mean that they won't work for L4, but that you'll have to install them first in L3 and then go through additional steps to make them work in L4.
In that case, I believe your only alternative is to call Customer Service on Monday, unless you want to reinstall L3.
