I believe there is no download all button for Andriod (Nexus 7 in my case), except for 100 books or less. Has anyone found a workaround for those who want all their entire library on their tablet? Thanks for your help.

Are you willing to do it on the desktop app?
You could open up your library window, select all, and click the download checkbox for your device.
