Textual searches in English Bibles
I have searched a word "integrity" in several English bibles to see a list of verses that include "integrity",
but Logos does not show correct verses that contain "integrity."
Can anyone help me to fix this problem, or let me know any forum that discusses this issue, please?

It looks like a problem with an index.
I suggest you type the command "rebuild bible index" in the command box and see if that fixes the problem.
Incidentally - are you still running Logos 4? (I ask because this is a Logos 4 forum and not many people use it these days)
Assuming you are running Windows Vista SP2 or higher you can upgrade to the Logos 5 base engine for free at https://www.logos.com/installation

This typically means that the Bible Index is out-of-date and/or being rebuilt in the background.
Firstly, I'd recommend updating to Logos 5 (if you're running Vista or later): https://www.logos.com/installation
This will show a notification bar at the top of the program letting you know if indexing is happening. In Logos 4, you have to find a Logos notification icon near the clock to know if indexing is running.
If indexing is running, wait for it to finish and the problem will resolve itself. If it's not running, you may need to take the somewhat drastic step of forcing it to reindex by entering "rebuild bible index" in the command box at the top of the program. This may take an hour or two, so you may want to run it last thing before stepping away from your computer.
