The software crashes every time I open it. Are you able to see what files I need to delete or what I should do? Using Mac OS 10.9 (Mavericks)
If the issue is just a corrupted layout, you can open to a blank layout by pressing and holding the command key immediately upon startup, and checking the appropriate box. If the issue is more complicated, you will need to enable logging, allow logos to crash, and upload the log files for us to view. See my signature line.
