In general, I am willing to be happy with linking Logos to more specialized presentation tools (even if I've had a bit of trouble with the shortcuts bar). However, there is one type that I would like to be able to make and search in Logos - collapsable outlines a.k.a. bracket outlines, Warnier-Orr diagrams, ... They make it easy to adjust the granularity of the outline to meet the situation by opening or closing child nodes. And outlines can be a big help in scripture study.
