L4 has been trying to dwnld and install 214.9 mb of updtaes it is going through the process for the 3rd time, is this a bug or is there something I am missing here?
It certainly sounds like a bug Whyndell. Can you post your updater log?

Ok thats was strange- said indexing 3hr 9 ins- and all of sudden the icon disappeared and indexer is not working according to task mgr, strange.

Just curious; do an "entire library" search for "God" and see if it says "resources are still indexing"
Bekieve it or not I closed the program, and opened it back up- it said it had 28.5 mb to dwnld- started dwnld- now it says it has 186.9 mb to go, ahhhhhhhhhhh!!!
I justclick to restart L4- its preparing my library for the 5th time.
Note please that my understanding of the logs is primitive at best but....
It appears that you have newer dated GS_Bsac (Biblio-sacra journals?) in your L3 resources that are being discovered and then ignored because they are lbxlls and not Logos4 format (which means L4 format is now prefered of course).
After that in both logs it reflects that it is indexing various Bsac issues. In the first log it was 1-8, in the second log it was 9-90 (the first logs shows downloading 9-90).
That doesn't read as clear as I'd like.
Your first log shows it discovering Bsac 9-90 and downloading them, the second log shows it incorporating those into your library. Since the first log also shows it incorporating bsac 1-8 I'm assuming that all is as it should be.
My random guessometer makes me think that you're downloading batches of updates in roughly 189MB blocks instead of all at once.
If it continues shoot another log file and I'll see if the same files are repeating - that would be a bug.

And that is strange I have had the Bibsac 1-90 installed for about 4 days and have been using them [:S]

Here is the log after restart- and yes it started another dwnld - its like its caught in a loop.
Ok after this repeated for the 12th time- I stopped the indexer- closed L4, and connected to my exteranl drive where I placed the resource folder from my #2 machine.
I have deleted the resource folder from my #1 machine and now replacing it with a copy of the #2 machine- hopefully if it was some corrupt files they will have been deleted and the constant updting will have stopped.
Definitely caught in a loop whyndell. I suggest turning internet to off for now.
I think you need to delete one of the DB files but I'm not sure which one. [^o)]
Have any of the journals been converted to L4 files?
I have replaced the resource folder but still show all the GS files as LLS.
Also I still have the difference of 3732 vs 3772 in the L4 library- even after moving machine #2's resource folder to #1.
The original folder for #1 was 3801, the replacement folder was 3842 items- but still the library reflects 3732 items- why is this?
