Why doesn't Logos offer the book in its format?  It would be helpful if the book is in Logos format because it has so much references and footnotes.  

Is it the author who wouldn't approve, or that Logos is thinking it wouldn't sell? Or is there some other reason? I'd like to know.

We may not actually get an answer.

Bob and others at Logos have already expressed that they are willing to carry any and every book by every publisher.  So this is not a willingness issue.

Beyond that we, the userbase, have absolutely no idea if there is a reason it is not in Logos. In fact it may be in the que, and it just isn't here yet.

AFAIK the only people who can answer this question more directly are Grace to You and Logos.  And most of the time publisher relations are not broadcast to the public.
