How do the members of the group receive the signals in Proclaim? Do they have to download something or turn something on?
Signals can be received by following an on air presentation using one of our free mobile apps. Search the Android or Apple app store for 'Faithlife Study Bible' or 'Bible!'
I downloaded the FaithLife Study bible app and the Logos app but have yet to have it sync with my presentations. I went in the settings and joined my proclaim group, but the signals are not coming to my iPhone or ipad and when the presentations are "On Air". Please help.
Make sure your presentation has a valid location and it is within 1000 meters of where you're testing. The mobile apps will not find presentations that are not within this range.
