I have windows 7 and IE11, when I open Libronix the homepage just freezes on 'Loading'. I can acces the library but the other functions wont work. I reistalled L3 from the support site and still same message. Help.

To add to KSFJ, L3 was heavily based on Internet Explorer. So, as one moves away from IE8 I think, the issues 'grow'. I kind of smiled when I saw your IE11, since my Libronix is operating with IE6 (within a VirtualBox).
I also have a full Logos5 installed; I use them both (Logos5 uses the Libronix resources, plus new ones).

Try this ...
Go to tools/options/general and change the interface language.
Close and open L3.
Change the language back to English.
Uour problem may be solved.
