Christmas gift bummer

Okay, forgive me first off for posting this, but I was so looking forward to upgrading from "Christian Home Library" to the "Leader's Library"; however, I was greeted by this message at download time: "Unfortunately an unlocking error has occurred and the following products were unable to be unlocked. '. Oh well, I will call customer service Monday as I am on vacation and will have time to play around with Mac Alpha. Hope all my fellow Mac forum posters had a Merry Christmas.

Hi Roger,

Thanks for the information, unfortunately all my info was correct in "My Account" on logos. I even tried changing it to an invalid ID saving it, then typing it the correct ID. No luck!!
