Purchased a book...no download

I purchased a new book this morning, close Logos, reopened it and no download per the instructions. I did this several times. I also have done the UPDATE NOW and the UPDATE RESOURCES and both say no updates available. Any ideas what's going on?

Got my book...I checked my settings and somehow I turned off using the internet....must have been one of those late nights...the odd thing to me is that I have been getting my homepage with new articles everyday...I thought if the "not use internet" selection was done the homepage wouldn't be getting new info....guess that has nothing to do with the homepage internet use...
