Logos in French/Creole?
I have just returned from Haiti and I would like to know if Logos has a French or Creole version of it's interface, resources etc.? Any help would be greatly appreciated...

In Logos Desktop, the interface can be set to french, under program settings > Language > French.
I'm less aware of what resources we have in french, but I'm pretty sure we have some. Example pack of resources - https://www.logos.com/product/32886/pack-cle-decouverte

P.S. we use http://crowdin.net/project/logos-desktop-ui to provide most the translations seen in the UI, if you're ever interested in correcting wrong translations or adding missing ones. Feel free to post on the forusm issues you might have with the interface in other languages.

I'm afraid Logos' resources are licensed to one user only, so you can't legally buy them for a seminary, unless you buy one copy for each teacher and/or seminarian.
However, the program itself is free, and there are some free resources in French at http://areopage.net/Logos5FreeModulesLibrary.html that can be downloaded and compiled as PB's. Why not start them with that while you think about the next step?

I understand about licensing issues. I should have clarified and said that I would like to purchase for my friend, the Dean of Theology. Thank you for the reminder! If he were to own the license for the single program, could he print for others, or is that too strictly prohibited? If so, does Logos have a seminary promo?

Bibleworks has several French Bibles and a Creole Bible included in the base package.

You will have to read the EULA, but I suspect it's forbidden.

IIRC the question once came up when someone from Logos responded (Bob? Phil?) and the answer was that usage of the resource content is different from usage of Logos, not ruled in the EULA and subject to resource specific considerations. Thus one publisher may allow users to use much of their content very freely, others may restrict the number of words cited etc. Plus, the topic is subject to local limits to copyright: Usage in own published works is different to usage as teaching material, many jurisdictions have (varying) "fair use" regulations, ... etc.
I personally would think that generally, a teacher may print excerpts from books for class (such as to enable comparing the view of a certain theological topic accross various authors/traditions), but in most jurisdictions simply printing a 500-pages textbook in 30 copies for the whole course - or distributing it as PDF - would be considered illegal. What counts as a valid excerpt will vary widely (in Germany: up to 12% of a larger book and no more than 100 pages - but it took until Nov 2013 and up to the highest German civilian court to get a somewhat clear decision on this issue).

As I was thinking about it I remembered my old Libronix system having a public domain Creole Bible. If anyone knows how to convert Libronix files (.lbxoeb) to the new Logos 5 files then you could use this one:
