The launching of my Logos 5 seen to be longer for my computer lately.  It says, "Preparing your library stage 1 of 3 and then few seconds stage 2 of 3 then few seconds later stage 3 of 3"  before launching into Logos 5 window.  Here is my log.  2570.Logos.zip.  I have windows 7 Home Premium, 64 bit OS, i5 M480 @2.67 GHz, 6 GB Ram.  Please review my log and let me know if I could do anything to speed up the launch.  Thank you.  It could be that there is a bug in my computer.

I need the LogosIndexer.log, which should also be in the Logos Log Files folder.. If necessary, wait for the indexer to stop, restart Logos and upload the logs when the indexer has finished.

Thank you Dave.  These are the files after indexing was completed.

You are right.  The launch is much fast after indexing was completed.  I am not sure if you would find anything when the launch is this fast.  I have noticed that my launch is slower when it has the "Preparing Your Library then stage 1 of 3,( take around 110 sec to complete stage 3 of 3 before launching into Logos window which takes few more minutes to complete), or indexing message.  Maybe I should not have done something that cause the Preparing Your Library or indexing to happen at the beginning of the launch.  Let me know and I will avoid it.  Thank you.

So-called "in progress updates" are causing the Indexer to be launched each time, so you need to delete the folder C:\Users\Alex-laptop\AppData\Local\Logos5\Data\o103wiyy.mv4\UpdateManager and restart Logos to fix it. A download may occur as a result but the cycle should stop.

I have tested by turn off/on the computer and re-launch few times.  I am no longer having the indexing problem at the begin of the launch, [:D].

Thank you very much, Dave.  You are a genius, [Y].
