Things I miss affter 1st day
I may learn how to do some of these as time goes on, and many of the advances overpower most of the things I can't find yet, but here's my list of things missed and things i hoped to find and didn't.
Things I miss (or at least am failing to find):
• advanced highlighting
• ESV Reverse interlinear (though everyone else seems to have it)
• VERSE LIST
• Pericopes/compare pericopes
• SMARTTAGS!
• modifable toolbars and macros
• Parallel Resources button within a resource
• Always open checkbox for library (Solved...dragged to a pane and sure enough it was dockable!)
new features I wish were added
• Notes speell chekcing
• "pin pane on top" option for floating windows
• Favorites folders on shortcut bar with "open all in new pane" option
Things I'm celebrating
• undockable tabs!
• modifable guides
• Clippings
• modifiable titles

GREAT! Its saying that there are no pericope sets though. Is that normal for now?

the little arrow for me doesn't show too much. I think I might have some things missing though. for instance when I select the NET the arrow appears to show the availability of it in notes and noteless forms. However I would prefer to have an option to show the NIV, NASB, NKJV, ESV etc. from that option. Maybe it can be set up that way and I just haven't learned how yet.
I did find something else to add to the things I'll miss section. I use the prayer list to keep track of the church's prayer list. right now I create the prayer list in libronix and then have excel read the xml file and format it to my choosing. without it I will have to come up with another system...how fun...

I miss the weights and measurements feature, I do hope it is included in final version in version 4.

Phil,
I think the new layout is great!
but I do second the suggest to include weights and measures; possibly into this format in some way?

How did you use it? To see conversions for data in a particular passage, or by entering numbers that didn't appear in a passage? Our current plan is to replace the "calculator" with pre-built data that shows the measurements in a passage in modern units, with a small graphic to illustrated 2D and 3D measurements.
This pre-built data would be available in the Passage Guide and Bible Explorer. Would this meet your need?

I rarely used the weights and measurements in 3.0. Having it in the Passage guide would greatly increase my use of the information.

Yes Bob, tI believe hat still would help as I use it by typing in a certain figure, for example 10 shekels and it would give me a calculation of that in terms of weight (ounces, pounds, kilograms, mina etc.) or money (British pounds, US dollars, Gold, Canadian dollars etc.).

Does anyone know if the Keylinks, Concordance and Keylink Summary will be incorporated in v.4 as these are very useful features when quickly researching certain information, it sort of gives you a immediate snap shot of key information at a click of a button. Look at screen shots below for example; the 3rd screenshot even has the amount of times that particular word is listed in the bible.
Thanks in advanced.
