Following Signals in Bible Apps

I have followed the instructions in Support/Articles/Signals/Follow Signals. We have tried to set up iphone and android phones and tablets and ipads. The only devices that we're able to follow the presentation are the ones in my leadership group in Faithlife. I had several of my leadership group to go over the instructions. What am I missing?

The main gotchas are the following

Presentation has a set to location within 1000 meters of the mobile devices that are trying to follow along. Sounds like you must already have this set up properly since some devices were able to follow.
Mobile app has been configured to follow presentations. This setting is in the Settings menu under Presentations.

By any chance, is it just the Android devices that aren't working? We just found a bug in the Android apps that's preventing them from following Proclaim presentations. We're working on a fix right now and hope to have a new release out very soon (today or tomorrow, I expect). I'm sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused you.

I will check with the one ipad that didn't work. That device won't be available until later this week.

After some digging, it seems like the bug is on the Proclaim server side. The server is sending incomplete data and Android and iOS handle the error cases a little differently. Someone on the Proclaim team is looking into this now and I'll post back here when I get any new information.

Someone on the Proclaim team just told me they found the issue and they're testing it now. The fix should be deployed today, so everything should just start working for you. Thanks for your patience!
