I installed BIBLE! in metro but it did not appear and I could not reinstall it or delete it. How do I find it and use it?

it's not pinned to the start menu problably.
click on the background and on the lower left you should see a arrow pointing down. Click it and you'll see all the programs installed, find BIBLE! and right click and then click pin to start.
It is not there either. Where is it? How to find it?
Try Windows-Key + Q
In the search window type Bible
That finds it on my system.
Thanks it is now called LOGOS Bible. I don't believe it is listed in Windows Store.
