i need to know when Im recivin the book that I order.... i didnt recive anything just the order number. no trackin number no arriving data or else... i need  to know

    Hi Nikkie,

    Logos' books are all electronic books delivered through the Internet.   There is no shipping involved.  You would just need to download the software, run it, and enter your account info into it.  Then it will download whatever books you've purchased automatically.

    Welcome Nikkie to the forums.

    I assume you have Logos 5 installed on your computer. When you restart Logos, it should download the new book and add it to your library.

    It would help if you would let us know what device you use (PC, MAC, iOS, Android).

    EDIT: Haven't seen Todd's answer.
