When looking at the Table of Contents in large books like the Anchor Bible Dictionary, you can only scroll down so far through the different alphabetical listings. For large books like the Anchor Bible Dictionary, I am guessing you can only scroll down and see a fraction of the listings. Is there any way to get around this?

Not at this time. Some resources (often dictionaries and encyclopedias) have extremely large table of contents-- several megabytes in size. We truncate the table of contents because we don't want to make you download that much data. We need to implement a more intelligent way of handling this, but haven't got around to it just yet.
