- what would be the proper method of loading the BDAG disk so that it is seen by v3 and v4?
Implied in this is that you have both version 3 and 4 installed.
If this is the case, install BDAG on version 3.0 first and then syncronise your licenses under Library management. Then open version 4.0, and BDAG should automatically install using your license information off of Logo's servers.
