Restarting download after stopping it

Hi all. I had to stop logos 4 downloading. Now when I restart it says it has 6.88gig but doesn't actually download, seems jammed. I've reinstalled logos, restarted my mac. Running current softare. Can anyone help me please. I can't seem to find an obvious data file that needs to be deleted so it can start afresh. Would appreciate someone's help. thx

Welcome to the forum!

To delete all the Logos data you need to go to your home directory: <username>/Library/Application Support/ and then delete the Logos 4 folder.

Thanks a million. I was doing searches on logos but was so tired i didn't see the logos 4 folder. So simple. Working fine now. Appreciate your help. Have a happy and safe new year.
