Bug: Adding passages to a passage list from a URL is partly broken

There are three bugs when you add passages to a passage list from a URL:
- Em-dashes are not recognised. So a reference to 2 Corinthians 4:16–18 is interpreted as 2 Corinthians 4. Here's an example: http://blog.faithlife.com/blog/2014/01/a-christians-response-to-global-crisis/
- Non-breaking spaces between the book name and chapter number stop the reference being recognised.
- Hard links to Bible sites like Biblia cause links to be added twice. (If the links are added by Reftagger, it's fine - the bug occurs where the links are in the text.) Here's an example: http://www.elysefitzpatrick.com/thank-you/

This appears to only be an issue on Windows. I've made a case.

I've reported this, but could you give me an example URL to include for testing?

This is an issue on both platforms and I've made a case for it. We'll update the thread once these issues are fixed.

I edited one of our church's webpages to act as an example. It's the Romans 3:20-28 reference on this page: http://www.bethel-clydach.co.uk/good-news/
It also occurs on the http://www.elysefitzpatrick.com/thank-you/ page. Any of the references that aren't duplicated weren't recognised. 1 Corinthians 1:30 is an example.
