What is the proper way to do multiple Bible references on the same signal slide? Is there a way? When I do two verses on a slide - both appear on the follower's tab - but only the first one is able to be accessed.

This sounds like a bug. What happens when the second is tapped? Android or iOS?
I would expect both signals to show up on the mobile device, but only one of them will be visible by default. The smartphone user will need to either scroll down in the signals area to see the second signal or make the signal area bigger by dragging up on the little tab/grabber icon (hopefully that makes sense).
The second reference does not show up...I can only say that I saw this on Apple Device as my congregant showed me the problem...

I was unable to reproduce the issue you are having here. Like Drew said, I would suggest trying it again and expanding the signals tab to see if both signals are there. For me, only one signal was initially visible, but I had the option to expand the tab so both became visible.
