Bug: Collections setting for Default Topic Guide is influenced by other topic guides

This is also a bit tricky to explain, but here goes.
To reproduce:
- Run a topic guide for any topic.
- Choose "Edit Guide Template" from the Topic Guide's menu.
- Because you can't edit the default Topic Guide template, a new template will be created. Any changes you make in this topic guide won't be reflected in the standard topic guide. So remove and rearrange a few sections, then refresh your topic guide. Nothing will change, which is how it should be.
- Now add a collections section to the copy template:
- Then refresh your topic guide. Remember, that you're refreshing the default topic guide, not the copy that you've just changed. But wrongly, adding a collection section to this new Topic Guide template also adds it into the default Topic Guide. This is obviously very confusing.
- Also, if you later change the collection that's used in the Collections section, for your new 'copy' template, it will also change it in the default Topic Guide.

The default TG doesn't have a Collections section, so I added it to the "Copy" template and refreshing caused it to appear in the TG. Then i could reproduce step 4.
However, when you close and restart TG from the menu it takes on the "Copy..." template (I had deleted a few sections). Deleting the template made no difference and I had to restart Logos to get back the default TG template.

I'm glad you said that. I was doing this really late, and I was sure that the collections section wasn't there at the beginning, but put it down to tiredness. I'm going to edit my first post to reflect this, to avoid confusing others.

I can reproduce this on both Mac and Windows with all the Guides not just the Topic Guide.
I will create a case for Development to investigate.
