Search doesn't work
Hope someone can help me. When I try to search on Logos nothing happens. When I do for example a Bible Word Study, I can see that this Word occurs a lot of times in the New Testament. But when I click on the link, or do a lemma search, it always says "0 results". What can be wrong?

Sorry to hear you are having problems.
Have you recently purchased / downloaded the Logos software? It does take some time to index and search doesn't work properly while that is going on.
If that is not the case please post screenshots showing the problem so we can understand it more fully.

Are which version of Logos 5 are you running and on Windows or Mac?

Hi Graham,
I don't think it is indexing now. It has been working fine before, it's the last months that the problem has come. And we live in the countryside in Ethiopia, so normally I use Logos offline. Now I have internet and have updated everything, but it still doesn't work. I posted a screenshot here, if you want to have a look at it.

I note you are using something referred to as "NA27 Int" - which resource is that? It's not something I have. My NA27 is just shown as NA27
Does the search work if you use an English translation with reverse interlinear capability such as the NRSV or ESV?

Perhaps Nestle-Aland 27th Edition Greek New Testament with McReynolds English Interlinear (NA27)?
It's a fairly old resource that they probably don't include in testing. Perhaps an update some months ago accidentally broke it?

Yes, it is the interlinear version of Nestle Aland. I tested ESV and NRSV, and they are working fine. But none of the Greek resources are working.

Are you able to explain what the problem was so we can advise others if they see something similar?

I told Frederik to first try to re-install the book file, wait for the new version of the book to index, and try again. If that didn't work I advised a complete re-index. I'm not sure which fixed.
