Help - Preparing your library (4 hours and counting)

Hi,

Wondering if there are any Logos 'tec' people out there that can help.

I have the "preparing your library...this may take a while" message for a while now and nothing seems to be happening. I have tried closing logos and opening the programme again, tried rebooting but no lucjk.

Windows 7 

Logos 5 (latest update not beta)

If you've tried rebooting the computer, try it again! If that fails we need to see some diagnostic logs (zip the Logos Log files folder and upload using the paper-clip icon).

NB. Let Preparation happen for about 1.5 hour before uploading the logs. How many books in your library?  What computer/CPU?
