Printing is harder than it needs to be in this case

I have access to a couple of different HP printers. I am interested in printing out the comment section of WBC for 1 Kings 2:1-4.  That section is 1 Kings 2:1-46, so the comment section is 13 pages. So therefore, I only want the first 2 pages. There is no way to do this!  The Properties dialog, that I can get to the from Logos print, does not have choices like Print selection, all pages, specific pages, like the System Print dialog does - it's just printer properties.

This happens to me all the time. I know I can export to Word, print to PDF and print the pages I want from there. How about giving us access to the System Print dialog so I can pick what I should be printing without a whole lot of extra steps? Or is it there somewhere and I am missing it? THANKS!!
