I tried to reproduce. I widened to what seems to be a fixed maximum width. And then tried to narrow it. It takes a 2-3 of tries for some reason, but does eventually grab and resize.
EDIT: OK. Now I did it. I think it happend when I dragged beyond the other columns and released.
Bug: HELP! I made the Title column in the library really wide and now it won't resize anymore.

I was trying to read the full titles on the ECF volumes (which are really long, esp. ANF9) and so I widened the title column in the library to allow it. Now it's stuck at that width and won't resize anymore. The other columns are still adjustable. I can rearrange the columns and hide/unhide the Title column, but it stays stuck at that width. Closing and opening the library window didn't help either.

Yeah, I had the mouse past the edge of the window while I was dragging because it moved so slowly.

I have also reported the bug of how the other columns are moved when resizing the 'Title' column. (I do not think that the columns are supposed to have a fixed maximum width.)

Yup. Exactly the same. I was able to resize back down to normal just as you did. Moving the column to the left didn't appear to work, but it seems that it was working off the edge of the window. After trying several times, I eventually got the title column back to a normal size.

That's great! Now you won't have to deal with a very wide Title column. [:D]
