How long does sales@logos.com normally take to answer?

Just wondering because the last emails I've sent asking about products have not been answered after the initial autoreply saying they will be answered in 24-48 hours. (eg I sent one early Monday morning UK time but no reply).

I know I could phone, but harder from the UK ...

Sorry to hear this. In my experience Logos is fairly quick to respond to these email requests unless it is over a weekend or holiday. Perhaps you should send it again just to be sure.

I may have once or twice out of many. Even emailing directly to several of the sales people I've dealt with. They never answer emails. They are awesome on the phone, but email is totally unreliable.

The general sales@logos usually is answered pretty quick, but my experience is that getting to know an individual sales person has been my best bet. I've tried out a few that were highly recomended, but Rusty has been my go to guy for a while now. My experience is that he always responds within a few hours, and sometimes even at 3am when I'm working on something and lack a certain resource (or just see something shiny). He always seems to give me the best deal the first time, and its usually a better deal than the website (better or the same).

I agree with the comment on contacting a particular salesperson rather than contacting sales in general -- it seems to be faster. That being said, when I've contacted sales@logos.com they have always gotten back to me within a couple of days at most. You might want to try a second email.

Same here. Have never had a response.

Same thing with chat, but I've only tried it 2-3 times, giving up after no response when I tried.

Hey Jim,

They do have a UK number. It's 0871-218-1700 https://www.logos.com/contact.. I know it's a 087 number but a least it might get you a quicker answer...Or you could alternatively use one of those cheap calling places to route your number to the main logos line. that's what I do and only will pay between 1-2pence per minute to call America. Either way I hope your issue gets sorted.

I always email Dave Kaplan for reasons such as this. He replies quickly and will call right back if he is on the phone.

I have received my replies within the time they promise. 1 or 2 days tops. Try the "chat" feature. I think it works better, or call a specific sales rep. I think is not that they don't want to reply, but it easy to miss an e-mail especially when you're getting a bunch of requests or other types of emails in your inbox.

Ps. Try John Ramsey, Darrin (or Darryl - sorry, I know he's good) and Maggie Segar. Those are my top 3. If one is not there, the other one might be, if not I try to wait unless it's something I need right at the moment, then I can try one of the other sales rep. Try to have at least 2 reps to go to for deals that way not all, but some can make money.

Santiago, thank you for the offer of the direct line. There is no need to resolve the previous communications: they were during sales that specifically promoted email as a communication option, and those sales are long gone. I have called and chatted with sales plenty of times in the past, so it's not even a matter of preferring one mode over another--those specific times, I only had time to shoot an email to sales@logos.com. We all learn from the way things work themselves out, and I won't leave hanging email communications out there if it's important. And I'm glad to hear that Logos will look at the emails procedures.
