Logos has been "Preparing Library" for hours

I am installing Logos 5 on a new laptop and it has been preparing my library for hours (3-4 at least). When I right click on the Logos icon it says it is indexing, but nothing is opening up.

Windows 8

9000+ resources

Intel i5 core

I'm assuming log files would be helpful. Which ones are needed?

First question: Does hovering over the logos icon show any progress %?

Second question: Does that progress % change over time?

If not then please enable Logging (http://wiki.logos.com/Diagnostic_Logging ).

Then upload your logs ( http://wiki.logos.com/Uploading_Logs ) so we can take a look.

It never showed any % progress - not even "0", but...

I think everything is working - I wonder if it just took so long because it was "discovering resources?"

I can open up Logos 5 and have all my resources. I don't have any notes, highlights, etc in my documents tab, but I currently am not connected to the internet so I guessing my new computer has not received that information from their servers. I will be able to connect when I get home.

If I have any problems, I'll post again.

Yes - the wiki states "can take some time" for this[:)]. Sometimes you have to kill the Indexer to get back to normal.
