Bug: Library does not retain position

• Library is open in a panel
• Scroll Library and note the resource at the top of the panel
• Click a tab in the same tile, thus hiding the Library panel
• Click the Library tab  --> the resource has changed position

This happens with/without the Info or Prioritize panels being open.

I can repro this, and I'll make a case for development.

Edit: This affects Cover and Grid view, but not Tile view. You can use that as a workaround for now.
