I wanted to retrieve a resource from the "Hidden Resources" in Program Settings. I right clicked on the resource and selected "unhide"; now, I cannot seem to find this resource in my library.

you'll need to restart Logos.
If this alone doesn't work, try the command "Update now" and (if this doesn't find it) "Update resources". This will trigger a resource download of the formerly hidden book and may require another restart to activate it.

I've been experiencing this same bug in Logos 5 for Mac for a while now (but the newly restored/unhidden resource is displayed correctly in the iOS app). Are the recommended commands "Update now" and "Update resources" for Windows also available in the Mac version? If so, I can't seem to find them. Thank you for your help.

You don't "find" them. You just type them in the Command box at the top (without quotes), and hit Enter. (Very un-Mac-like, I know...)
