Completing Collections in Base Package Upgrades

It'd be nice if Logos added the ability for us to periodically complete all of our collections contained in our Base Packages as new books become available. For example, as new volumes become available for various collections contained in Platinum, I could "top off upgrade" my Platinum collection, ensuring I get all the new books in the various collections that have been released since I purchased Platinum.
Additionally, this feature could work if I were to go for a higher collection as well. For example, if I decided to go from Platinum to Diamond, in addition to getting all the new resources in Diamond, any additional resources added to the collections contained in Platinum since I last purchased Platinum would be included as well.
It'd be another way I could keep track of collections I own and ensure I have all the latest books to them as they become available.

This essentially happens already, through dynamic pricing, you just don't get notified.
Take the Exegetical Summaries, for example. You get 24 of these in Platinum, but there are now 27 volumes. If you purchase that 27-volume collection, you'll pay a pro-rata rate, discounted for the 24 you already own. The same is true for the Exploring the Bible series. You had seven volumes in Platinum, but there are now 16.
Not all collections support dynamic pricing, or are updated with new volumes, but an increasing number are.

I was aware of that feature, but what I'm proposing is basically taking it a step further to make it easier to top off your collections without having to wade through the store and add each of them to the cart.
What I'm proposing is this. Say I'm on Platinum, and new resources in all those collections come out on Dynamic Pricing. Instead of wading through the store, adding them all to the cart, and checking out, I can do a one-click "Platinum Top Off" and get all the new books in one swath.
Similar situation could also work for upgrading to a higher base collection. Say I'm in the mood to go Diamond. When I'd upgrade to Diamond, I'd get all the resources in Diamond, plus top of all the new books added to collections in Platinum since my Platinum upgrade.
It's just taking the concept further making it easier to get everything with one click versus hunting around in the store. It's the "I'm too lazy to shop" upgrade method. :-)
