A quick question. Suppose I wanted to do a thorough study on the genealogy of Christ. I have a pretty good sized library, and I am getting tons of irrelevant hits. Could someone tell me how you would search or create a filter? Thanks?
Suggest searching Heading Text; Large Text for:
genealogy WITHIN 4 WORDS (Jesus,Christ)

If you have the Topic Guide (Logos 5) enter Genealogy and you should get a suggestion for Genealogy of Jesus Christ.
Otherwise, run a Basic Search on Entire Library for "genealogy of jesus christ" (with quotes) and should get a Topic section for it.

Don´t know how any one else does it, but I (in windows): [:)]
1. Press "Print Screen".
2. "Paste" it into Paint!
3. Crop it to your taste.
4. Save it, then attach it to the post!
Some one may have a better idea, but they did not respond to your post! [^o)]

In Windows 7 and 8 (not sure about Vista) I use the built in feature called "Snipping Tool". It is accessible from the Start Menu. It is very easy to use and you can snip an entire screen or just a section of it.

I love Logos, but find the search thing to be the most challenging thing for me to learn. I knew I could count on you all! And...not I know how to snip too!
