Logos and vyrso refuse to open on ipad.

Cant open logos or vyrso on ipad.  Didnt accept password, or let me reset password.  Claim there is a status problem.  Logos opened happily on laptop.  Have contacted CS.

    Both apps have now opened..... Strange.  But all is well that ends well...
