Update 0% of 59.6 MB - Forever

Hi Guys,

I'm hoping you can help me; it seems my logos has lost its ability to actually download updates.

Essentially the tray icon pops that it i busy downloading a update "Update 0% of 59.6 MB".

The problem is it stays there, my router is dead quiet no traffic, and no reporting of any problems; here is my log files: 

3276.Logos.log

88218.LogosIndexer.log

This is a logos 5 install even though the directory says 4, just upgraded with time.

Any ideas?

    My suggestion is to shut down and restart Logos, or to shut down and restart your computer. This is usually enough to solve this kind of an issue. If that doesn't do it, post back to this thread and we can look more closely. (Nothing jumped out at me in your logs.)

    Hi Kenneth,

    Can you run through the BITS troubleshooting bit of this article: https://www.logos.com/support/logos5/windows/firewall? I think BITS may be broken, or clogged.
