I just got my computer back after it crashed and now I cannot find Logos 5. I have downloaded it before and have the serial number but need your help to get it back. Richard Hitchcock
Welcome to the forums Rick. Sign in with the email address and password for your account, and leave the computer alone. Make sure it does not go to sleep, and by morning, you should be back to where you were.
What I am wondering is that L5 doesn't use serial numbers.
Logos 4 and 5 can use serial numbers during initial setup to associate resource purchase (typically at a conference) with Logos.com account.
