What are these reading lists anyway. Whenever I click on Tool - Reading Lists - Edit, my program crashes and closes.
Who is Victor Dela Cruz and MJ Smith, and how do I remove them?
Sorry, I just don't get it.
Roger,
The reading lists are reading list made up by other Logos users in the Logos community...they are actually very helpful. They are designed to give you ideas about a topic and what resources the person who made the reading list up felt were especially helpful on that topic...
You can "deselect them" and not have them show up by going to the homepage>customize>show recent reading lists and choosing deselect.
Thank you for the tip on how to deselect them. I couldn't figure out what in the world they were, and why I would want them on my home page. Even after your explanation, I'm not sure I can see a purpose for them, personally. Thanks again.
Unfortunately, to know about what is helpful in their readings, i need to pay for unlocking the book(s) if i want to read the content.
William,
No...not always....it depends what resource they referenced and what resources you have....I have Gold so very few are locked for me.
If they reference a lot of "top end" resources and you have a "low level" package..yes...they will be locked.

We were still in the newsgroups when the topics wiki was announced. The intent is for a platform for users to share resources found on the web and prescreen and organize resources found on Logos. It will become as useful or useless as the work of the individuals willing to share on the platform. It supports both topics and reading lists at this time.
These entries do not belong to a single person - we can all edit the posts. To most of us that means only adding or reorganizing current entries - never deleting them no matter how offensive we find them. Yes, there are occassionally people who misunderstand and think these are personal rather than collective resources - Logos does a good job of keeping these cleaned up.
Your use of or participation in this resource is a matter of choice.
