I can open books in my library, or search using the magnifying glass button, but if I type anything into the command box, it spins the thinking wheel for a few seconds and then crashes. It just started doing this today. I attached my logs folder, hope that helps. I noticed when I tried to restart it that it also crashes just on an regular close, and I don't remember it doing that before. Any help is appreciated!

  • Welcome to the forums Seth. Have you tried using windows repair feature to see if that corrects the problem? Additionally, you may wish to restart the computer.

    I am unable to reproduce.

Are you referring to repairing Logos from add/remove programs in the Windows Control Panel or Windows System Restore? I did the first, but have not done a system restore. I've also restarted my computer with no luck. I didn't put this earlier, but here is the readout from the crash error message:

I will try a Windows System Restore, and let you know if that changes anything.

You have a corrupted database. If you attempted a Restore, I would recommend you undo it and then delete the folder C:\Users\Seth\AppData\Local\Logos4\Documents\jy15ph2u.tg1\LayoutManager. Restart Logos to fix the database (you will lose local layouts so the Layout you get may not be the one you expect).

Ha, that would have been the easy way. I ended up uninstalling Logos completely and re-installing it. After letting it re-download my library overnight, everything seems to be working correctly. Thanks for the help!
