Missing Book in the Library & Exegetical Guide not functioning

Some books that were initially unlocked with my purchase and installment of Logos 4 are now locked or missing from my Logos 4 library.

I went to Libronix and noticed that a book and or books that I had previously purchased with the original Logos installment are now locked as well.

I also have a problem with the exegetical guide, is does not want to come up, the panel is blank except for the reference and a tab named grammars that is grayed out.

Previously I had some of Wiersbe’s works, and had them prioritized.  The priorities show up, but there is a (0) next to them and they now no longer exist in my library.

I downloaded Logos and Libronix on my laptop and the same issued exist.  I believe there is a problem with the Logos HQ, their computer, and Logos allowing Logos to properly operate on my computer.

Long wait time on customer service.

When you say "installment" what are you referring to? Logos 3?

Have you done the following:

checked to see if the prioritized books in your library are actually still IN your library?

Sometimes in an update the priorities get a little hosed up and have to be remade..I noticed that.
