Logos versus Loeb/Perseus referencing

Is there any way to translate from one system to another? I have some works in Loeb hardback, some I look up on Perseus (for the original languages) and Logos is easiest for broad searches. But when something comes up in Logos, it is often not referenced using the same system as the others. Even within Logos, the Latin and English Aeneid's reference numbers do not correspond to each other. Is there a fix for this or a way around it?

Could you provide an example (a screenshot would be good).  Checking with both copies of the Aeneid I have, it seems to work, but perhaps I don't understand what you are trying to do.
