Your Catalog database is corrupt, so delete the file /Users/Keele_Mac_Mini/Library/Application Support/Logos4/Data/ve0k9m0i.g0p/LibraryCatalog/catalog.db and restart Logos, which will take a little while to restore the database.
A reminder: your user library is hidden by default in newer versions of OSX. Google "show user library in OSX" to learn various ways of navigating to it.
