Michael, here are 2 options:
1) Call the accounting department or email Mr. Bob and explain your situation they might be able to help you out with a solution.
2) One solution that comes to mind is to stretch your 5 months to 12 so it will considerably lower your monthly payments. For example if your monthly payment is $112 and you still have 5 months that's a total of $560 add 35 processing fee (5x7 months to complete 12 months) then you'll have $595 total, divide that by 12 and your new monthly payment would be $49.58 -- that compared to$112 per month is a huge difference slicing your monthly payment a little bit over half. You can do this or call accounting to see how they can help or email Mr Bob. Downgrading would probably pay off for Platinum and you might have some credit left, I don't know, but call and find out if they can allow you to do that.
