My Logos 5 just began rebuilding my index after downloading a resource - but I did not use REBUILD INDEX in the command bar or anything. Does Logos 5 just rebuild the index periodically?

For clarification: Logos always indexes after a resource download... That is how Logos is able to include the new resources in searches. If Logos is performing a FULL re indexing, it may be because there was an error in one of your indexes which required a rebuilding. In the past, this would have caused the app to stop working. Logos has added some abilities for the program to rebuild some of those files when needed (But not always).
Something happened caused the index to become corrupt, and as a result it needed to be rebuilt.
O.K. That makes sense. This is a "first-time indexing underway".
