Logos 5 and Library Listings for MAC

Somehow I have lost the listings of all authors for my entire library. This is very strange since they were there only weeks ago. I have gone through my menus and do not see a place to add the author column back to my Entire Library Listing. Can some one please help?

To add to MJ's diagram you need to "right-click" on the column heading (not left-click)
Not sure whether this translates directly into a Mac context.
