I've been using RefTagger for a few years without trouble on a Dojo 1.7.1 framework site. Recently RefTagger seems to be causing javascript duplicate definition errors. I tried upgrading to reftagger v2 but that didn't help. Upgrading to the latest Dojo (1.9.2) didn't help either. When I comment out RefTagger the problem goes away.
Anyone else having troubles with Dojo?
