I wanna buy NIV bible (this is ebook)and proceed to payment. However, I get the error message is the bible cannot delivery to my billing country. My billing country is in Hong Kong. Any idea about this error message?

You probably should contact Logos customer support by email and ask for their assistance about this.

Logos is bound by distribution rights and while they have permission to sell it, they only have permission to sell in the North American Market. The above link may work for you, since I believe it is world wide distribution rights outside north america. Calling Logos will be your best bet but the above link might work, the 2011 Anglicised version is not yet out on logos yet. But you will find the link to it on the 1984 page.
