Upgrade Vyrso for Kindle HDX

Vyrso is incompatible with Kindle Fire HDX.  I hope work is being done on that, or is there a work around it?

I was disappointed when I found out I couldn't install it on my new Kindle-fire HDX.

Hi Joy,

Actually the Vyrso app is completely compatible with all of the Kindle Fire devices, including the Kindle Fire HDX. Unfortunately, Amazon has refused to allow the Vyrso app to be downloaded through their Amazon app store, but you can still install the app (it's just a slightly different process). You can find instructions on how to install Vyrso on your Kindle Fire HDX here: https://vyrso.com/kindlefire

Just a guess but Vyrso and the kindle do almost the same thing. Amazon likely doesn't relish the competition.
