no Biblical People, Events, constant update

this is a demo account for Logos 5.  Each time i Sign in it downloads seemingly the same 45.4 KB update.

once open there are no Biblical people, Things or Events in the Bible Facts tool . . .it only brings up Places.

This is a rather nasty loop because downloads are failing and being re-scheduled, which then causes indexing to stop. But the indexer has errors because the downloads aren't succeeding...

Downloads are failing with NSURLErrorDomain error -1100, which internet suggests may require a fix from Apple. I suggest you contact Logos Tech Support and refer them to this thread.
